Anastasiia Lenna, a model, claimed to have joined the country’s armed resistance on February 22. The beauty queen shared photos on Instagram with an AR-15 weapon, probably while patrolling the streets. According to her Instagram photos, the model seems to have significant training with guns and airsoft rifles. Throughout the Russia-Ukraine crisis, Lenna has shared several anti-war messages on Instagram and supported Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
On Saturday, the model posted in one of her Instagram stories,
“Anyone who crosses the Ukrainian border with the intention of invading will be murdered!”
According to her Instagram photos, she is helping the Ukrainian military protect the capital city of Kyiv.

Lenna is well recognized for her appearance as Ukraine’s representative in the 2015 Miss Grand International beauty pageant. After five years of study, the model graduated from Kiev Slavistik University with a marketing and management degree. Anastasiia Lenna allegedly worked as a public relations manager after graduating. She reportedly worked as a translator and is fluent in five languages. Lenna has also later worked in Istanbul as a model turned actor and TV personality, presenting various programs.
Lenna also has her musical program on Genç TV called World TOP 10. The model said on her Miss Grand International page about her talents and motivation, ”

Anastasiia Lenna discussed the continuing struggle.
