Charlene Tilton was born on December 1st, 1958, to secretary Katherine Thacker in San Diego, California, although she never knew her biological father. She and her mother, who was also mentally unstable, had few resources available. In addition to attending Hollywood High School, Charlene served as the club’s president. She is the only sibling. In later years, her co-star from “Dallas,” Larry Hagman, took on the role of a substitute father.
