When it comes to music, his first job was as a DJ at a small club called The Eve After Dark. During this period, he adopted the title Dr. Dre, which he has carried with him ever since. Dre started his musical career in 1984 as a member of the musical group World Class Weckin’ Cru. In 1986, he created the local gangster rap group N.W.A. alongside Eazy-E, Ice Cube, and DJ Yella (Niggaz for Life).
