Giselle From Aespa Donated10 Million KRW To Aid Abandoned Animals

Giselle

Giselle, a member of the K-pop girl group Aespa, is highly recognized for her generosity. The star was found to have donated a generous gift to Yuhengsa, a non-profit organization that cares for stray animals. The female group, which launched in 2020, has a number of animal enthusiasts. While Ningning’s love for her dog Ddongi has long won supporters’ hearts, Giselle’s latest contribution has also caused ripples in the aespa fanbase.

Yuhengsa announced on June 3 that they had received a big anonymous contribution of 10 million KRW (about 8,000 USD). While the identity of the generous gift was first unknown, the group eventually realized that it was none other than the famous idol. In addition, the name Yuhengsa is a combination of Yu, Heng, and Sa, which signifies “those who seek happiness for abandoned animals.”

Given Giselle’s generous gift, Yuhengsa turned to their official Instagram account to praise the idol for her significant contribution to aiding homeless animals. The charity added in the caption (written in Korean) that they had lately discovered that the idol was interested in problems surrounding abandoned animals, which is why she gave them such a substantial gift.

“We heard that Giselle, who was concerned about abandoned animals, was continually keeping an eye on Yuhengsa, which is why she gave us such a significant gift.”

They went on to praise the singer and promise to continue to support her and the group in all of their endeavors.

“Thank you very much for joining us on our journey to provide happiness to abandoned animals.” We’ll keep an eye on you and cheer you on.”

They closed the message by requesting the group’s supporters to assist Yuhengsa.

“Please also provide Yuhengsa a lot of support for finding happiness for abandoned animals!”

Following this announcement, Giselle and aespa followers showed their admiration for the idols and pledged to assist the cause. Meanwhile, the female group has just released a new track, Illusion, off their forthcoming second mini-album, Girls. The highly anticipated second album will be published on July 8, 2022, after their first mini-album Savage. Girls are said to include aespa’s English-language tune Life’s Too Short, which they performed for the first time on the Coachella stage. The band recently teased the new album on their official social media accounts.

Aespa also recently revealed that the group’s agency, SM Entertainment, is formally collaborating with worldwide music company Warner Records to help place the group on the global scene. The collaboration agreement will aid in the dissemination and marketing of the female group’s songs across the globe.
