For eight months, the actress stayed with relatives in Mexico, convinced that she wanted to pursue her career.

Despite her dissatisfaction with her modeling career, she agreed to an audition at Os Maias after much pressure from an Elite Model Management representative. Two months after auditioning for the monologue Engraçadinha: Seus Amores e Seus Pecados, his loves and crimes, Nelson Rodrigues received a statement from Rede Globo confirming his interpretation as Lola in the miniseries. The character in question was a prostitute who had to overcome her nerves during several steamy sequences.

Despite this, she was still dissatisfied after Os Maias. Despite her hopes, the series’ global production was not renewed. In the same year, she accepted an audition for Pcara Sonhadora, an adaptation of the original Mexican production, as well as revivals of soap operas in the core SBT.
