Dick Van Dyke was recently observed in California at the Malibu Community Labor Exchange, where he handed cash to anybody looking for employment and met homeless individuals. Van Dyke was dressed in a long-sleeved white polo shirt, gray sweatpants, black slip-on shoes, and a black purse while visiting the site, which was surrounded by workers and job seekers.
