Why was Icy Wyatt arrested?
The TikToker was driving recklessly in Sunrise, Florida, on Monday night before pulling over in the middle of the road, according to court filings. Wyatt was contacted by two guys in another automobile who asked him to relocate his car since it was obstructing the traffic. The guys then got into their car and drove away.
However, the interaction allegedly irritated him, and he followed them to a neighboring Chick-Fil-A parking lot. Both parties got out of their automobiles and got into a fierce altercation. The disagreement heated up when Icy Wyatt went into his vehicle glove box and took out a revolver, flashing it at the two males. According to official accounts, one of them turned around to get back into the vehicle, prompting Wyatt to shoot him in the back of the head with his gun.
The TikToker left the scene immediately after the event, but authorities were able to locate him using his tag information. They quickly apprehended him and detained him, but the 23-year-old resisted arrest. During his struggle, Icy Wyatt kicked one of the police officers in the leg and then kicked the cage bars of the cop vehicle. During his arrest, Wyatt was claimed to have called the officer a “c***” and a “b**ch.” The TikToker had a court appearance the next day, after which he was released on bail.
