  • Corabi was selected as lead vocalist Vince Neil’s successor when Mötley Crüe broke relations with him in February 1992. Corabi was chosen because, according to bassist Nikki Sixx and drummer Tommy Lee, he was capable of singing anything and anything. In 1994, Corabi released the self-titled Mötley Crüe LP and the EP Quaternary.
  • Corabi and his band performed in a pub in July 2015, playing all of the songs from the Mötley Crüe album. Corabi stated weeks later, “The album would have made it if this was under a different brand name.” Anthony Vincent Valbiro played him in the 2019 Mötley Crüe movie The Dirt.
  • Corabi established Union alongside Bruce Kulick (just dismissed from KISS), Brent Fitz, and Jamie Hunting in 1997. John and Bruce recorded the first Union album (self-titled) and went on a statewide acoustic tour to promote it, with just Corabi and Kulick on the road (both on guitar). Soon after, the whole band embarked on a globe tour, headlining tiny venues in favor of the Union record.
