Jordan was born on April 26, 1996, in Cameroon to Cameroonian parents Bali Pefok and Bamileke Siebatche. He was born in Washington, DC, and raised in Reims, France. To celebrate his African ancestry, the soccer star took his mother’s maiden name. He also has a younger sister, who is often featured on his Instagram site. Jordan Pefok’s mother disliked the United States, therefore he and his family moved to Reims when he was a child. After finishing her schooling in France, she traveled to America for a short time before returning to Europe. - Siebatcheu began his football career with Reims at the age of seven and made his Ligue 1 debut in January 2015. However, he had to wait until August 2015 for his first Ligue 1 goal against Bordeaux and was rewarded with a three-year contract by Reims in September 2015. Siebatcheu appeared in 69 games for Reims in three seasons, scoring 20 goals.
