Kailey Mach Was Found Dead In A Basement Due To An Explosion

The adolescent was killed in an explosion in southern Minnesota on Saturday. Brett Mason, a Le Sueur County Sheriff, reported at 11:25 p.m. about a blast in Lexington Township, about six miles northeast of Le Center. Kailey Mach, 20, was discovered dead in a cellar after housesitting and caring for a family’s pets. When firefighters arrived at the home, they discovered it in flames. After putting out the fire, firefighters found Kailey Mach’s corpse. Vicki Bettin Mach, Kailey’s mother, said on Facebook that she was “in bitter shock” after her daughter’s death in the explosion. The kid graduated from Tri-City United High School in 2019. In 2018, she was also crowned “Miss Congeniality” by Kolacky Days. She was also awarded a scholarship to attend Augsburg University in Minneapolis, where she majored in elementary teaching. Following Mach’s death, the institution stated on Sunday. They stated:

“Kailey’s untimely death this weekend has severely affected the Augsburg University community.” We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, teachers, classmates, and everyone who knew her.”

Kailey Mach’s uncle, Tim Siebsen, informed KARE 11 that his niece works as a KidZone leader at TCU schools. Many people saw her enthusiasm for teaching when she worked as a preschool help in her area. Before her death, Siebsen also claimed that she was actively engaged with a religious organization and was planning for a summer Bible camp. He continued, saying:

“She was a wonderful person to everyone she met.” She filled our lives with so much brightness and love.”

Kailey’s friend Shelby said in an interview that she wanted to change the world “by educating the future generation.” She also said that she was proud of her Czech ancestry. According to Le Center Leader, she also performed with the Domaci Czech Folk Dancers. The LeSueur County Sheriff’s Office and the State Fire Marshal’s Office are both looking into the surprise explosion at the house.
