According to the officers in charge of the case, Pardini’s murder is being investigated as “femicide.”

“We have classified it as femicide since she was exposed and defenseless at the time of the assault.” We are conducting the inquiry in complete secrecy so as not to warn the potential suspect.”

The Tiktoker was attacked outside her house in Culiacán, Sinaloa, according to the Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office. Her corpse was discovered near the crossroads of Catedráticos and Ignacio López Rayón streets. Officers determined that neighbors had observed several armed men in the vicinity immediately before Karla was shot dead while chatting with witnesses.
