Lil Uzi Vert, actual name Symere Bysil Woods, will not go to prison after pleading guilty to an assault case in 2021 involving his ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd and rapper SAINt JHN. According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Lil entered a no-contest plea in court to all counts, including felony assault with a handgun and misdemeanor harm to a girlfriend. The artist received three years of formal probation, a year of mental health and drug abuse treatment, 52 weeks of domestic violence therapy and reparations, and a ten-year criminal protection order. Woods agreed to a plea agreement after being charged with three felonies, including possession of a handgun, criminal threats, and domestic violence, as well as a misdemeanor charge of carrying a loaded firearm.

Lil Uzi Vert Symere’s ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd allegedly accused him of waving a pistol at her. She went to the West Hollywood sheriff’s office and filed a report against Lil, alleging that he had put the firearm on her tummy. Brittany was seen visiting the Dialog Café in West Hollywood with SAINt JHN to discuss a current project, according to TMZ. However, Lil arrived at the event and got into a fight with JHN. According to reports, Woods attacked SAINt, and when Byrd approached him, he pulled out a revolver and attempted to shoot her in the stomach. After the fight, JHN departed the scene, and Brittany went to the doctor before submitting her complaint. Brittany had a running rivalry with Lil’s current girlfriend, JT, before the incident.
