Season 2 of Love Is Blind: After the Altar will soon be available on Netflix, and fans are eager to see what their favorite reality stars have been up to since the program concluded. The reality show’s new season will premiere on September 16 at 3 a.m. ET.

Season 2 of Love Is Blind: After the Altar has the following official synopsis:

“After the experiment, reality becomes clear.” What happened to the Love is Blind Season 2 couples and singles after the weddings? Love really is blind, but is the future hazy? When Love is Blind: After the Altar Season 2 begins on September 16th, you may follow the adventures of Jarrette, Iyanna, Deepti, Shayne, Natalie, and others.”

Following the success of the first season of Love is Blind, Netflix will release the second season of the reality series in February 2022. In season 2, 15 men and 15 women met in different pods and proposed marriage without ever seeing one other. Season 2 of Love is Blind introduced fans to six new couples, namely:

  1. Danielle Ruhl and Nick Thompson
  2. Mallory Zapata and Salvador Perez
  3. Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones
  4. Natalie Lee and Shayne Jansen
  5. Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee and Deepti Vempati
  6. Kyle Abrams and Shaina Hurley

Love Is Blind After the Altar

Only two couples said “I do” at the conclusion of Season 2: Danielle and Nick and Iyanna and Jarrette. The spinoff, Love Is Blind: After the Altar, will now focus on the present circumstances of the married couples and singles after the conclusion of Season 2 of the experiment. Deepti Vempati, Iyanna McNeely, Shayne Jansen, Jarrette Jones, and Natalie Lee will be featured in the forthcoming program. Shake, a contentious competitor is unlikely to attend the forthcoming reunion.

The three 45-minute episodes will be filled with fresh loves, betrayals, heartbreaks, and stunning disclosures, as well as personal updates from the participants. On August 22, a day after Danielle filed for divorce from Nick, Netflix published the teaser for Love Is Blind: After The Altar season 2. Even Iyanna and Jarrette have split up after their wedding on the program. On August 17, the couple announced their divorce on Instagram, stating they “have separated and will begin the process of divorcing.” After the new season of Love is Blind: The Altar will now highlight the issues that led to their divorce. Salvador has found new love after opting not to marry his fiancée Mallory in Love is Blind, and Mallory feels left behind. Deepti’s growing relationship with Kyle, who previously collaborated with Shaina in Love is Blind, will also be explored.

The friction between Shaina, Shayne, and Natalie will also be highlighted in the next season. Despite the friction, Shaina will introduce her co-stars to Christos Lardakis, whom she married in July 2022.
