Bravo said in a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel that he migrated to the United States when he was 18 years old. During the same interview, he mentioned borrowing money from a buddy for lunch while in Los Angeles. He said,

“I didn’t have anything, you know. Every day, I’d give a buddy one dollar to go to Taco Bell and have a cheesy double beef burrito for 99 cents. I was broke and happier than I’d ever been.”

Lucas Bravo plays Paul, Julia Roberts’ lover, in the forthcoming George Clooney-Julia Roberts film Ticket to Paradise. Bravo discussed his experiences working with Roberts and Clooney in an interview with Collider. He said,

“I learnt that you can be an icon and one of the world’s biggest actors while still being the nicest guy, and it changes everything for me and gives me a lot of fuel.” There’s a lot of ego in this profession, and seeing that you can go this far while still keeping your inner kid intact and being a courteous, kind person means everything to me.”
