Career
Matt Lapinskas appeared as an understudy in Stephen Surjik’s 2007 film I Want Candy, and in 2011, he was cast as Anthony Moon in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. On May 9, 2012, Daniel Kilkelly of Digital Spy revealed that Lapinskas will be leaving EastEnders and that his character would be disappearing from the show in the following weeks. In an interview with Inside Soap, Lapinskas said that EastEnders was his first job outside of show business and that he learned a lot from the people he worked with.
He was revealed as one of 12 VIPs competing in the eighth season of Dancing on Ice in December 2012. He also toured the country as ‘Pharoah’ in Bill Kenwright’s production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. During this period, he met his current love Camilla Rowland.
