When the tragic accident occurred in Phoenix, she used to live with her mother. On the day of the accident, Exodus’ mother was cleaning the house while the children were playing in the playroom. According to some accounts, Exodus’ neck was entangled by a treadmill machine. Sol immediately cut the wire and dialed 911. The small girl was still unresponsive when the police arrived.

They later transported her to St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center. She is on life support in the hospital. It was ultimately tragic that she lost her battle with life and died on May 26, 2009. Unfortunately, she died when she was only four years old and a small baby girl.
