Davison revealed to DailyMail that his relationship with Morton was initially “fun and lighthearted.” Additionally, the two lacked any future plans or commitments. He began taking her relationship seriously, however, after she informed him of her pregnancy.
Though the pregnancy was unplanned, the couple was devastated when they learned the baby had died in the womb during a sonogram at four months. Davison and his wife attempted childbirth once more. Morton moved in with him after becoming pregnant for the second time. Morton sold her apartment, and the proceeds were used to settle Davison’s divorce from his previous spouse. In 1999, Davison and Morton welcomed their first child, a son, Louis. She gave birth to another son, Joel, two years later. Davison married Moron on August 4, 2003.

Davison was previously married to Dickinson for over 15 years before meeting his current wife. They dated for an even longer period of time—roughly 20 years. Davison and Dickinson were married on December 26, 1978. Six years later, on December 25, 1984, a day before their sixth wedding anniversary, they welcomed their only child together, Georgia Moffett. Their marriage was fraught with difficulties, and the two divorced in 1994.
The actor claimed that his former spouse was attempting to financially deplete him. He was paying £30,000 in maintenance following their divorce, but Dickinson attempted to obtain increased financial support.
At one point, he was even served with a judgment summons and faced imprisonment if he did not pay. Davison was previously married to Diane Russell before meeting Dickinson. His first marriage, however, was brief, lasting only two years (from 1973 to 1975).
