Rami Malek was born on May 12, 1981, in the city of Angeles County, California. He is 43 years old right now. He was born to Egyptian immigrant parents, Said Malek, a travel agent and tour guide who became fascinated with Western visitors, and Nelly Abdel-Malek, an accountant. During the summer before his senior year, Malek interned at the Eugene O’Neil Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut, where he met playwright August Wilson. In 2003, he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He was later honored with a 2017 Young Alumnus Award.
