Six years later, in January of 2015, Sarah and Steve announced that they are expecting twins. Shahi gave birth to a daughter and a son in March.

She used to play various roles in dramas and work as an extra while in college; this was the time when her career took a massive turn for the better; luckily, she met director Robert Altman on the set of Dr. T and the Women in Texas. Robert advised her to pursue a career in Hollywood. She appeared in films such as Alias, Dawson’s Creek, Reba, and Supernatural.
Many people admired her skills and appearance, and she quickly began receiving large projects. In the film The L Word, she played the supporting character of DJ Carmen de la Pica Morales in 2005.
