Chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author Scott began his career as an intern at the well-known New York City restaurant San Domenico. Following that, he spent a year in Munich, Germany, honing his pastry skills at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. He went back to San Domenico and began working as a sous chef.
