The Diet Was Difficult
The reality star later admitted to Bravo Insider that dieting was not as simple as her social media posts made it appear. It’s unquestionably been a struggle. I switch back and forth. I’m okay for a week and then I’m bad for a week.
She was still able to stick to her diet plan on a consistent basis. She made it a habit to drink some juice first thing in the morning. Although there was no hard and fast rule, she usually resorted to celery juice for her skin.

According to Bravo, LeCroy attempted to exercise at least four days per week, and the sessions were borderline therapeutic for the reality star. She also attended group classes on a regular basis because her competitive nature pushed her to do more than she would on her own.
