According to the Houston police department’s records, Teshya Rae Weisent picked up Dino Conner at the recording studio. A truck struck their SUV as he was driving.
There were three individuals in that vehicle. Even though two of them fled, Juan Diaz, a friend who was in the truck, was later detained and charged with failing to stop and offer aid, which is a felony.
