Ashley Madekwe plays Neve, the main character in The Strays. Neve seems to meet a strange guy and a lady at various times, turning her life into a nightmare. To make matters worse, no one appears to accept her statements. The story is mostly portrayed from her point of view, and her character determines the film’s thematic themes. Ashley Madekwe looks extremely excellent in the film’s trailer, clearly expressing her character’s worry, terror, and tension without ever going overboard.
