Season 2 of Secret Celebrity Renovation will premiere on CBS on July 29, 2022, featuring nine well-known personalities. These celebs are planning a surprise house remodeling for their loved ones. On CBS and Paramount+, viewers can see the shocked expressions of loved ones when they see their fresh new interiors. Nathan Chen, the 2022 Olympic figure skating champion, is one of these nine celebrities. Nathan Chen has won the title three years in a row. Nischelle Turner will host the return of Secret Celebrity Renovation. Sabrina Soto, a famous interior designer, and Survivor star Rob Mariano will join her.

Nathan Chen of Secret Celebrity Renovation is a six-time US national champion.

Nathan Chen, a Secret Celebrity Renovation celebrity visitor, is a three-time world champion in figure skating and a six-time U.S. national champion. Beginning in 2017, he won gold at the annual United States Figure Skating Championships. During the Olympics 2022, the 23-year-old athlete finished ahead of Yuma Kagiyama and Shoma Uno, earning gold with a world record score of 333.60.

The figure skater won gold in 2018, 2019, and 2021 while being coached by Rafael Arutunian and choreographed by three-time Olympic ice dancer Shae-Lynn Bourne. He also created Olympic history by winning gold in men’s figure skating, being the first male American skater to do so since Evan Lysacek in 2010 and the sixth all-time. The triumph was even more significant since she was the first Asian-American figure skater in history to win an Olympic gold medal in single skating. Michelle Kwan, a two-time Olympic medalist, and five-time world champion figure skater is Nathan Chen’s role model.

She told Time.com in an interview:

“It won’t be long until sportsmen start comparing themselves to Nathan Chen. He’ll inspire future generations of skaters who hear his Olympic experience and realize that nothing is impossible.”

He was selected as one of Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2022. Time magazine named him one of the Next Generation Leaders in 2017. The Renovations of Secret Celebrities Nathan Chen is one of five first-generation American children born in Utah to Chinese parents. Chen put on skates for the first time when he was three years old, but his chances of making it to the major levels were minimal.

Despite financial constraints, Chen’s mother, Hetty Wang, would not allow him to abandon his aspirations. Despite the fact that they had the finances to get adequate training, she stepped up and became his coach in order to give him a chance to participate. HarperCollins will release the Secret Celebrity Renovation star’s book One Jump at a Time in November 2022.

It will discuss the psychological impact of Nathan Chen’s loss in the 2018 Olympics and how he overcome barriers to become known as the Quad King after the 2022 Olympics in Beijing. Olympic gold medallist, 2017 Four Continents champion, three-time Grand Prix Final champion (2017, 2018, 2019), and ten-time Grand Prix medalist (8 golds, 1 silver, 1 bronze). Chen was also a member of the United States Olympic team that won bronze in the 2018 team event and silver in the 2022 team event.

Nathan Chen makes the decision to give back to society.

Nathan Chen will join on Season 2 of Secret Celebrity Renovation, where he will give back to his community as a 2022 Olympic gold champion and Utah resident. The CBS program Secret Celebrity Remodel allows celebrities to surprise someone significant in their life who has assisted them along their path to success with a home renovation.

 

While Chen’s mother and extended family had all played an important role in his career, he couldn’t select just one and opted to assist refurbish the sports facility and ice rink where he grew up practicing. He stated:

“The more individuals that come through this institution, the happier I am. I spent so much time here because I know how much pleasure figure skating can offer to people.”
