Joshua played Frank in the 1987 television film Timestalkers. He went on to work on films including Blind Witness, 1996: Pacific Blue, Baywatch Nights, Timecop, and The Preppie Murder. Joshua reportedly developed an interest in real estate after seeing his mother sell the property to important clientele in the Hollywood Hills. As a consequence, the only Devane son felt compelled to evaluate real estate and foresee trends.
He started working as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in November 2011. He spent a year and a half there. In April 2013, he took the same role with HK cLane Real Estate in La Quinta, CA, and remained with the firm until November of that year. For the next nine months, he worked as a realtor at the Coldwell Banker business. From July 2014 until September 2015, Joshua also worked as a realtor at Windermere Real Estate Southern California. He works as a Real Estate Consultant at Bennion Deville Luxury Homes. He co-founded the firm with his wife, Sondra, in late 2015. They are presently working as a real estate team for home buyers and sellers in the Palm Springs region.
