William Levy is a model and actor born on August 29, 1980, in Cojimar, Cuba. His surname Levy was given to him because his maternal grandfather was Jewish. Despite his Jewish ancestry, William was not raised in a religious household. William Levy was raised by his single mother, Barbara, and immigrated to Miami, Florida, with his family when he was 20.
William Levy attended Barbara Goleman Senior High School in the Miami Lakes neighborhood. William attended college to study business administration after graduating from high school, thanks to a two-year baseball scholarship from St. Thomas University. William later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actor.
