Yoo Seung-ho Is Expected To Join YG Entertainment

According to reports, Moonshine actor Yoo Seung-ho is likely to join YG Entertainment. The actor, who debuted in 2000’s Daddy Fish, signed with BS Company in 2019 before going to Story J. The actor is joining one of South Korea’s major agencies, YG Entertainment.

Yoo Seung-ho’s deal with YG Entertainment is currently being negotiated.

The I am Not a Robot actor is in the process of signing with YG Entertainment, according to the news agency News1.

 

A YG Entertainment insider confirmed the claims, saying,

“We’re definitely talking about it.”

Yoo Seung-ho, according to the same rumors, is now organizing details for the exclusive deal. YG Entertainment, one of the largest agencies in the industry, is home to many well-known performers and idols. Kim Hee-ae, Cha Seung-won, Choi Ji-woo, Jang Hyeon-Seong, Yoo In-na, Jeong Hye-young, Kang Dong-won, Lee Sung-Kyung, Jang Ki-Yong, Lee Su-hyeok, and Kyung Soo-jin are among the artists on the list. The agency represents many major K-pop groups, including BLACKPINK, Bigbang, iKon, and WINNER.

Yoo Seung-ho gained national acclaim for his role in the 2002 film The Way Home, nicknamed Jibeuro. Since then, the actor has amassed an incredible body of work, featuring in some dramas such as Magic Warriors Mir & Gaon, Queen Seondeok, God of Study, and Missing You. The actor’s fame soared quickly, and he was named National Younger Brother. He subsequently took a break in 2013, when he enrolled in the military at 21. The Remember actor made a comeback in 2015 with the film Joseon Magician.

 

YG Entertainment rejects any intentions for a return and refutes the Blackpink poster circulating on social media. The actor appears in the continuing KBS drama Moonshine, where he co-stars with Hyeri. Nam Yeong, the most excellent inspector in Joseon and a man of principle, is played by Yoo Seung-ho.
